Worst haircut of my life!! I walked in with my hair 4 inches below my shoulders. I said I just want a trim. She asked how many inches. I said one. Just the ends. She pulled my hair till the end to show me how much she was going to cut off. I said thats fine. She put two parts of my hair in front and started with the back in sections. She took about 15 min. I turned my head and all my hair was Gone!!! WTF!! ...I said I told you I wanted a trim 1 inch! What are you doing! My hair is at my shoulders now. She cut off about 3 to 4 inches. Then she said its layers. Lol are you kidding me! Layers are from short to long. All the back of my hair is cut short and straight across! Then she said okay sorry..no more. WTF! I'm not walking out of here with long hair in the front and short hair in the back. Finish so it at least looks like one length. I walked out of there without paying. She said it was 12 dollars. I've should of known! I can't stop crying. I just got home and it's all uneven! I cant believe that just happend! I didn't even want to give this place one star.

As my hair grow into a monstrous atrocity I wander with dreamy eyes In this sunny Pomona, a fine city To tame my hair more kind However shady it may be I do not mind the area being sketch The lady tamed my hairs clean Their work pleases me, so don't fret Waiting for my food at J&J I received marvelous customer service Once the work is done, I go up to pay Is this not a business's purpose? A good job they've done, this be my remark They do an excellent job, and are not all talk

Though this little salon is located in the sketchy part of Pomona, it is still the BEST $10 haircut w/shampoo hands down. Ask for Van!
