I've been coming to Ivy's for 3 years now and I love coming here! I always get my cut from either Ivy or Hannah and they're both very detail oriented and help your hair look the best. You can call to make an appointment and when you get there you can tell them/show pictures of how you want your hair. I have really long Asian hair and they help keep it healthy. They make you feel comfortable to ask for any changes and they take their time on your hair. I also always get a shampoo and they are super thorough about the wash and the massage feels so good during it. It's in a busy part of Mira mesa, but the place itself is nice and cute. Would highly recommend this place!

I had an appointment at 10. 15am today sep 17. I went in at 10.10 and informed them i had an appointment. All the stylists were busy. No one bothered to give me any estimate. Around 10.50, they made me sit in multiple chairs since each person had some other appointment. Very poor experience. They dont respect their appointments. I will not be coming back to this place again.
