Erica is amazing! Hands down the best cut I've ever had. I have very thick hair and I've seen "the best" hairstylists across multiple states. Nobody compares to her and her services are affordable. She's also done my lowlights and highlights over the years, which always look great and last a long time.
I had to get my hair cut as it was over grown and since I was on vacation I had time to do so. I went to OB Waves Salon. Erika was wonderful as I was a walk in at 9 am. I had to wait just a bit until she took care of her appointment who came on time she offered me coffee or water while I waited. I came away with a perfect haircut for my summer fun vacation week. Erika's skills as a cosmetologist are excellent. I would highly recommend her and the salon. Thank you Erika!
Ruined my hair! I wanted a haircut with lots of blended layers. My hair was almost down to my butt, now it's chopped to my armpits. I had a really good consultation with Erika (the owner) so I figured she could do what I was asking because she confirmed that she could and understood what I wanted. Hair below my boobs, long blended layers with bangs that framed my face. I have NEVER had this bad of a haircut in my life. I text her the same night asking her to fix it. She was quick to respond and get me in to fix it. I honestly don't trust her with my hair and I just needed on piece to be fixed so I can just put my hair up and it look ok. I've decided that I will have to just keep it up because I'm so embarrassed of my hair. I explained to Erica the issue and she tried to fix the one piece hanging out when I put my hair in a ponytail. The did some "blending" but it was still horrible. She refused to a acknowledge that she messed my hair up. She said I wasn't "used to the bangs" although they are chunky and my hair does not blend at all.
