Rachel is amazing! She is so knowledgeable when it comes to everything about tanning and set me up with a monthly plan that was exactly what I was looking for. I've never had such a pleasant experience when walking into any business l. She's an asset to any company lucky enough to have her. FIVE STARS all the way!!

Rachel is by far the most amazing employee and has always been so energetic and inviting when I have come in. I have used all the locations in the area and Elsinore if my favorite because of all the staff. I appreciate Rachel's guidance and always helping me look my best! Thank you Elsinore team!

Kennie is absolutely amazing! I started my membership with her and it wasn't a sales pitch. She walked me through every detail and had a resonse for every question I asked. 5 months later, Kennie is still that kind and professional person I met months ago. That's genuine! The entire staff at the Elsinore salon is OUTSTANDING! My sincere thanks to each and all.

I checked out a few tanning places in my area. This one caught my attention because I can use any of the iTan places around. And they have quite a few places to choose from. They are the only tanning place that doesn't close early like all the other places do. And they don't have a strict 24 hour tan session like most others do. As long as it's only once a work day, I don't have to worry about coming the exact time everyday, as my schedule does not allow me to do so. So that was a huge plus for me. The entire staff is very friendly! I was greeted by a beautiful young lady by the name of Kennie when I first came in to check out the place. She was extremely knowledgeable with all information of the iTan business. She answered all my questions and concerns. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to join or to sign a long term contract. Which I really liked as well. It's a month to month. And a small hold fee if I decide I won't need to tan for a while. Kennie explained each page as to what I was signing during the joining process. Kennie and the manager (oops I forgot her name? So sorry) is always so friendly when I walk in the door and always knows my name! They make me feel special, like we have been friends for years! Lol. The staff is very good at keeping the place clean. The layout of the place may not be the best. If you're looking for fancy? This may not be the place for you? But I'm just in and out for 12 minutes to tan, so I'm not there for fancy. The price is right for what they offer. The only complaint I have is EVERY TIME I have walked into the place to tan, there is country music playing. I love ALL types of music, so I wish they would switch up the channels every once in a while? It would be nice to hear some R&B, jazz, & some hip hop too. But, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
