The worst nail shop I've been yet , I came yesterday for French tips and he did terrible and said he couldn't fix it so I left n tried to see if I liked it , I came back today due to nail polish chipping and wanted a different set he proceeds to tell me no , and starts doing other people nails they're not respectful at all in this nail shop and I'll never come back again he so busy smoking cigarettes to worry about my nails, what makes it worse is they think I don't know Chinese or mandarin and how they're talking about me in a different language.
The nail salon professionals are not nice. They aren't doing what the client is asking for. Very rude with little to no options. They expect you to pay the total amount for a shitty job. SAVE TIME DONT COME HERE.
The nails and price is fine but I was bleeding from my cuticle area because he was being rough. If you make someone bleed you're risking an INFECTION! I should've payed LESS. Plus my little webs aren't the same.
I came in at 10am and they took me right away for a full set and pedicure. The water was nice and warm. They took good care of me and took time with their work. I always add acrylic on my toes to give a square shape and they always do a great job! I love this place.
I've been here quite a few times and have never been mistreated or overcharged. I just got a beautiful new set from Rose and they are PERFECT and my pedicure was much needed and very enjoyable. The salon is clean and everyone who works there is nice! Be aware of the debit card/atm fees. Just bring cash!
