I came into the salon in hopes of them being able to take me as a walk in. I was helped right away and although she had another appointment soon, she was able to squeeze me in and did such an amazing job ! I got my hair done for a special event and absolutely loved it and even two days later it looks brand new. I believe the stylists name was Victoria:) she did such a great quick job and it was such a comfortable experience!
what is the deal with your guys' hairstylists i was looking at the reviews because i recently got a bang trim at this location and the stylist didn't give me what i wanted at all. i know that could be a communication issue but i specifically told her to trim my bangs a certain way and she cut wayyy more than i asked. i also told her to leave the side sections of my bangs alone and the first thing she did was start trimming them. i have semi-micro bangs now and am so disappointed. and by the looks of other reviews, it's not only me who's had a bad experience with the hair salon at your location.
please stay away from their salon I make a big mistake choice this place to get a haircut with lady Heather she doesn't have idea how cut hair and I saw other hair stylist doing brazzy highlights to someone i been booked for haircut asking her if she can do a long layered bob style she say yes I showed her a pictures to giving her idea and I request not cut much the length was the first mist she dit and was looking me like a silly and say sorry things happens !! You know!!! Affer that mess she charge me $97 that's ridiculous price for a bad job
The worst experience ever !!! I spent $2000 on hair extensions (application and color) the extensions are terrible quality they last me 3 days , I've been using hair extensions for 13 years my pre hairdresser bleached my hair extensions and of course they got damaged so I decided to go to Ulta to get new hair and get them applied there as well .. I had sew ins installed they starting falling out . My scalp got irritated and I have red bumps due to the application . My hair was snagged by the beads installed. I got them installed on a Saturday and contacted the hairdresser that applied them that same day I told her that it was a poor application and that my hair was snagging . She said she would help me by removing them and would reapply When I got to the salon she showed me a maniquín head saying she was practicing to reapply my hair , Makes no sense how can I possibly trust her to redue my hair or anyone there ??? Got a refund for the application and 2 of the hair extensions that she cut wrong so they were no longer good to use ,,, I had to go another hairdresser so get the beads out since they were hurting me ... She applied new hair and also used the 3 wefts that I bought at Ulta at that point I was happy . When I washed my hair on Wednesday all the hair started to fall apart I called the hairdresser I had previously seen and she removed them again . I was in shock to see the hair I had purchased at Ulta was falling apart they were just extremely cheap quality or even a bad batch . So I went back to talk to manager and she said that there was no way I could get a refund for the extensions, I was furious she said that due to another hairdresser removing and applying them for me they are no longer under there warranty !!! Makes no sense hair extensions do not fall apart by removing and reapplying!!! And even if that was there policy the manager should of told me when I went back it was obvious I had to have them removed due to them hurting my scalp ,,, I will definitely take this to another level ,,,, Ulta hire certified hair extensionist it's unfair to pay so much money for such poor quality hair and installation

After much searching, I finally found one I'm satisfied with, but encountered another issue with finding the right color match. The customer service at this specific Ulta store is subpar, as they lack knowledge about their products and are unable to accurately match skin tones. Over the past month, I've visited the store every week to ensure I've found the correct shade. During my recent visit, I waited for around 20 minutes before someone offered assistance. When they recognized me, their attitude conveyed annoyance that I was there again. I requested a sample, but the staff member falsely claimed they don't provide samples, despite me having received several before. Eventually, I received a small amount of foundation that wasn't enough to cover my entire face. This left me wondering about my next steps. Should I return and ask for more? Should I visit a different branch? Or perhaps I should order multiple products online and return them the next day since I can't find the right match in-store? I didn't notice any signs in the store limiting the number of visits or assistance a customer can receive within a certain time frame. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and unsure of how to proceed.
