I had a generally positive experience at this nail salon. The staff is exceptionally nice, and the place is clean and inviting. However, I encountered an issue that's left me a bit frustrated. Unfortunately, three of my nails broke within a week of having them done. It's inconvenient to have to take time off to get them fixed. On the plus side, they were accommodating and didn't charge me for the repairs.

I can't help but wonder if there might be something with the way they do the dip powder or perhaps the quality isn't up to par, as I've never had this issue at any other salon. Despite this issue, the friendly staff and clean environment make it a place worth considering, but I hope they can address the nail durability issue in the future.

I went in and showed a picture and it didn't turn out very well. Uneven and wrong shape. I went back later and the owner was nice and fixed them for me. Still not exactly what I originally wanted but I do appreciate the effort to correct them!

I went here because my usual place was closed. Huge mistake. Nails are thick, lumpy and awkwardly shaped. Most fingers cut. $70!!! The worst nail job I have ever had and clearly they think sending people out the door like this is okay. Didn't even ask if I liked them or look at them much herself. I was on the verge of tears and didn't say anything, just paid and left. I went to another salon with good ratings to see if they can get them shaped up right- due to them being dip if that were to be done it would mess with the color and something about the powder the man said. I'd have to have them completely redone. This is the one luxury I afford myself... and they took it from me. Avoid this place at all cost. Absolutely horrendous.

I called to find out their prices and went over everything twice for what I wanted and how much it would cost. I was charged ALMOST TWICE THE AMOUNT!!! I explained to them whoever answered the phone told me the wrong prices and I should not have to pay for their staff making a mistake. The workers got an attitude with me and started being rude. I ended up paying the doubled price amount because I was tired of arguing. They tried to say kids were working the desk and they don't know the right prices... SO WHY are kids working YOUR DESK if they don't know what they're doing?? OVERPRICED AND RUDE!
