First, don't buy a gift card here!! Received a card in July and was unable to use it in mid-August because Hannah was no longer there and the business had a new manager.... She asked me to leave my phone number and she would call me back after talking to Hannah. (No call yet...)
Second, a school age boy was in one of the chairs entertaining himself. The tech disappeared mid-pedicure to go to the back with him--which is fine until she has a shorter pedicure time as well... and no customers waiting.
The television is not something you usually see in a salon... it was being watched by the techs during the pedicures. A television doesn't bring serenity or relaxing vibe--especially a news channel in a foreign language. You can turn it off when customers are present or put it in a break room.
Nothing horrible just nothing to make me want to return when there are so many options in the area.
Wish I could joke about my nails or something but my friend had a wedding and booked here we were there from 10:40 - 2:40
I paid a lot of money for a job that wasn't so great (100)$ . Wish I could get my money back. My toes I got regular polish but waited 5 extra hours before putting on shoes and they still smudged HOW (too embarrassed to show)
I got my nails done also with gel, the shape was terrible and my thumb nail was bleeding. To add insult to injury there was no bridal party discount and my nails look like I need a fill in on top of a reshape and it's only been 1 day .
I'd like a partial refund or something I paid bc when I complained it seemed like I was being attacked but I'm from Georgia and the person would fix the nail or realize how bad it is without saying a thing.

My daughter had a nail break at soccer so we swung in to get it repaired. We're from out of town so I had to go on reviews. Workers all very friendly and the technician fixed the nail for $5. Can't beat that.
