Not welcoming or organized. I waited over an hour for service and was skipped over twice.

I went here based on reviews that were so positive. They were not polite at all. They handled our feet and hands as though they were not attached to our bodies. I have never been cut so much and told it was ok. We couldn't sit together despite multiple open chairs. Would not recommend this place to anyone that I like or even dislike. Never going back.

PROS:
Reasonable wait time considering high volume.
Knowledgeable nail tech.
Ouch-Free visit, which is unusual with a sensitive nail bed.
Angela was AWESOME!

CONS:
Prices not posted.
$$$- I asked about a particular service and was told it was included in a basic pedicure, but the price is closer to what I have paid for premium services elsewhere. Overall, my visit was much more expensive than comparable shops in the area for similar service, but pleasant.

DONT GO HERE!!!

I went here maybe 4 years ago and had a decent experience. Decided to give them a try again because my normal salon was booked. Worst mistake! The pedicure was AWFUL. I understand that every spa does things differently, not my issue. I paid 40+ for my pedi so it wasn't just a polish change. I got no massage, no scrub, no cuticles removed, etc...nothing but a hot towel and my feet scrubbed with a grater which is probably illegal. Aside from that, I wanted French on my toes. Within minutes of leaving the salon, the polish on my toes cracked and it wasn't from me not properly drying or hitting my toes. Within two days, the white polish caused my toenails to break exactly where the white polish was. Went to my normal spa, and come to find out that glue was most likely put in with the top coat. They had to SOAK and FILE the polish off and I didn't get gel. My nails were brittle. Thankfully, no signs of fungus.

This place is near my apartment and I went on a whim because I wanted to feel better after a breakup. I had not had my nails or toes done since the day before the lockdown. So this place was convenient and it had mixed reviews on Google but I feel the fact that they had a 30-minute kitchen timer sitting on the pedicure cards and I didn't notice this until it went off. I couldn't sit and enjoy my $45 pedicure that I paid for because they immediately had somebody else come and sit beside me and do my nails. I didn't even have time to cut the massage function on in my chair because nobody would quit working on me long enough for me to ask them. She cut me while doing her cuticle trim which was not really a trim but the Dremel scratching them off which damages the nail. After clipping me and improperly removing my cuticles as in push them back and clip. She had me bleeding and then had the nerve to charge me $12 for long cuticles. Well heck I would have got a manicure which was not that much more. Then maybe I could have enjoyed both services instead of being rushed and pushed out the door even though there wasn't but three people in the whole place. Needless to say I wouldn't go back there if they told me that I could have it done for free. This is just to warn people if they start trying to jump on you in every direction tell them no. I want my pedicure and then I want my nails. I'm not going to be confused as to what's going on where because I've got stuff going on on my feet and my hands at the same time. The only time I've ever had anything like that is when they would soak my gel polish off years ago when you used to have to put acetone on them. Then all they would do was wet a cotton ball and wrap it with foil I could still answer my phone I could still have the massage chair and I've had back surgery so I was looking forward to the massage chair but that 30-minute timer they weren't kidding. Literally they had me out of there in 30 minutes and maybe some people would appreciate that but I don't work and I consider going to the nail salon pampering and not stressing. $115 later my nail has rippled and now I've had to gently scrape off with a fine grid fingernail file a plain nail with no polish I'm scabbed up from her cutting into my flesh and instead of putting the cuticle clippers and stuff in an autoclave or that box that they always have that reminds me of a toaster oven and maybe it's UV or whatever and they put them in there She just sprayed alcohol on them clean them off with a paper towel and put them right back in the drawer. They demanded that I wear a mask but they're using poorly sanitized tools. If I had known that they just put some alcohol on cuticle snips in between customers I would have never went here. There are so many little places that bacteria can hide on those and it was just squirt squirt white put them right back in the drawer. I don't know if this is a practice that is okay for salons but it won't be for me.
