I went with my sister we both planned to get pedis and two manis. I asked for gel Pedi, and the lady I got was extremely quick compared to the guy who handled my sister. She barely did a pedicure. I paid $40 bucks for her to paint my nails pretty much and then when I asked for regular polish she didn't even want to go look at colors that would match the gel color. Acted like she didn't have any. The water was hot, but she emptied it within 5 mins. I kept looking at my sister because her guy was actually giving her a massage, scrub. She painted my nails and then gave me a quick rub with oil. She didn't offer any different pedicure package, the whole thing took maybe 15 mins? I ended up not getting the mani cause she wasn't even trying to help me color match my toes. My sister's experience was different than mine. She enjoyed her Pedi and mani. I suggest only seeing the gentleman there. The woman seemed like she didn't want to be bothered with much and sat on her phone the rest of our visit. There was no one being serviced before or after we got there so there was no need to rush. Honestly if I could price my service I would say it was worth $10. Won't go there again.

I tried this nail salon.the service is horrible.i ended up having different toe nail shape.i had wide toe nails so it really shows.doing nails is all about precision specially with the shape of the nails.i guess they don't know what precision work is.

$20 for a pedicure...I'm not much of an expert in pedicures, but I'm fairly certain that they shouldn't cost more than manicures...? The guy that was working seemed fine but the lady was a little bit of a hustler. It was $64 for two pedis and a mani (with a $9)...a bit steep but whatevs.

I set myself up for this one. I didn't read the reviews and went to this place for convenience. My husband and I just moved to the area and I needed to get my pedicure. Since this place is about 3 blocks from the train station, I figured I could just go after work and they would be my go-to/emergency pedicure spot. Me thinks not! The hours are pretty much 9:00-6:30 Monday through Saturday so the convenience is great. I arrive at 5:30 and tell them I need a pedicure and they ask me to pick out a color. Ok. Usual stuff. She tells me to take a seat in the pedicure chair and the guy that was working on another customer's nails who is also getting a pedicure decides to work on my feet. Ok. So far so good. Well, they are a little on the chatty cathy side with their comments. The lady (I assume she is an owner) makes comments to the lady about her feet and the slight stubble on her legs. WTF? The guy working on my feet says that I have an ingrown toenail. HUH? Since when? I get a pedicure every two weeks, let me see. Shouldn't an ingrown hurt? He proceeds to clip my toe nails and file them and stick them back in the water. If I had an ingrown wouldn't you try to take care of it? He didn't have anything to say so saying something stupid like an ingrown was his comment for me. The lady asked for her eyebrows to get waxed. The owner asks her to sit in another pedicure seat. The lady asks for shoes since she just had her pedicure and didn't want to walk on the floor with her clean feet. The owner seemed a bit put off but obliged her. For the lady's obviously rude request she was spanked with a eew the paper has a lot of hair from your eyebrows. DUH!!! That is why she wanted them waxed. I wanted mine done but no thanks. The guy tells me that my toenail is long. Hello? Are you supposed to clip them down? I am getting a pedicure. He asks me twice do I want a flower. No, I don't. He gets done and ventures off to do a guy's pedicure. No, I'm done, does it look nice. Nada. The owner tells me to sit in another chair for my feet to dry. I open my book to enjoy my page and the owner hurriedly gets up from doing the lady's manicure and says that will be $20. Um ok. I give her my card and she flips it over and says you don't have cash? I look around and say is this a cash only establishment? She shakes her head and runs my card and politely put the card and my receipt into the book that I am actively reading. LOL. I guess I am done reading my book for the moment. She tells me to let me help you because you are going to mess it up. Isn't that part of the customer service. You helping me? This place is the worse that I have been to in Washington. Seriously. BTW, the guy doing my pedicure had a cold or something and kept leaving to blow his nose. I doubt if he used tissue and I certainly did not hear any water running. The owner went from the pedicure to an eyebrow was without washing her hands either. BEWARE!
