Very disappointed and dissatisfied . Had an unpleasant experience today 1/27/2024 at the shop. Nail tech Mao kept running on my skin with the electric buffer almost causing some bleeding. When I told her she said I needed to relax my fingers. She repeatedly continued to do that. I had put down on the service card I wanted a classic manicure which was not done. I asked the cashier the reason I did not get a manicure. She was dismissive and stated, 'we do it next time'. I mean I wanted the manicure today! As if that's was not enough, the lady who was the cashier today at approx 1630hrs also a nail tech ( not the regular polite one) kept telling my husband 'you pay now' several times. My husband was just having a hard time getting his card from his wallet. It is sad because I honestly like this shop .
I wasn't going to give a review until I really noticed my nails when I got home from the nail salon yesterday. I'm very unsatisfied with what I got, I showed the picture of what I wanted and my artist kept suggesting otherwise. I will show a picture of what I wanted and what I got, with the French tip I said I wanted it rounder and long on the ends and she seemed a bit rude when I told her. When she fixed it and it was a little better and I just stuck with it. When I got home I noticed a ton of bubbles in my acrylic, the French tip was uneven and my cuticle was bleeding from her cutting me with the drill. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this place, I was pretty sad because the pictures on google was really nice and this was for my engagement shoot.
Great atmosphere all together. Wonderful employees!! Might add the prices are good! They're very professional on how they treat you!
They always do such a great job!!! I always recommend them to my friends. The atmosphere is great too! Best pedicure and nails.
All of the technicians are friendly and they bear with me as I don't always know what the selections may possibly mean.. this is my latest mani-pedi and I think it's fabulous!
