I made an appointment with Ky Stevens to do an ombré set off of style seat. She did not show up for the appointment and did not respond to texts or calls. On her social media, all she has is style seat info so i booked through that app. There were no additional instructions so i figured i was good to go. If you aren't going to honor style seat appointments then why have the app? And why promote booking through the app...Unacceptable. I have still not received a message / call with an explanation and i drove 30 min from Hampton to come to the appointment. Not attempting to work with this tech again.
