THE WORST BRAIDING EXPERIENCE! I've been getting my hair braided for years, and this was terrible. The lady showed up over an hour late to my appointment, and then took over 8 hours to braid my hair. I have a lot of hair but I'm usually done in 5-6. I explained to her that I was tender-headed before she started, and she did not adhere to that at all. When I told her she was hurting me she had an attitude and said "it's suppose to hurt"..hair braiding is not suppose to put you in an excruciating amount of pain. I did not have a good experience here AT ALL, extremely unprofessional.
