I am still paying the consequences for a one time pedicure I got from here. Not only did I feel pressured into getting a manicure when I only booked a pedicure, but the service was painful and rough from start to finish. I had never had an ingrown toenail or any issues with my nails at all, until going here. They cut my nails back entirely too far, to the point I was bloody and sore for weeks and my nails have never grown back the same. I continue to have issues with painful ingrown nails since my service and it is something that now I had to deal with BECAUSE of this place and their carelessness. Please take your business elsewhere.

I would give zero stars if I could. They charged me $50 to get sns off my real nails. When I walked in, I asked for my set to just be taken off. They brought me to a seat and started working on my nails. After they filed the sns off, they put a clear coat on my nails. I realized it was gel when the guy pulled out the dryer. At that point it was too late to go back. They charged me $35 for something I didn't ask for. The guy doing my nails didn't brush my nails off after he filed them down, so now I have stuff under the gel and it's all bumpy. He also asked if I wanted them to be cut down, I said yes but he didn't do that. My nails are a weird white color. I've never been to a place that charged so much for a simple take off. Avoid this place at all costs.

I came here on vacation and I see why they have availability. The man who did my nails was rude and after I paid and left to get food while my friend was getting her nails done instead of going to the register where I paid, because he didn't see me pay he decided to harass my friend and make her call me to tell me that I didn't pay and needed to come back. While on vacation I expect to relax and enjoy and this was not that. I would not recommend.

I was here 3 weeks ago after a very long day of work to get my first pedicure. The salon was very busy, but luckily the nail tech, Karen, had just finished a client and welcomed me over to her chair. Her service is very friendly and professional. Her foot rubs are top tier

I visited this nail spa 3 times.I had no problems with Trish or her work. Today I brought my 67 year old mother in for a nail removal, new set, and pedicure. As we arrived Trish , was rushing in at the same time. Our appointment was at 12 we arrived at 11:55. She started on my mother at 12:05. She was not friendly at all. My mother had to introduce herself. My mother asked for her nails short and shaped round and to a point. When my mother noticed she wasn't receiving the shape she asked for, she explained again to Trish what she wanted. Trish was noticeably agitated and became a little rough and distant and begin speaking in her native language. She was constantly on her phone. My 200 a month may not mean much to her but it means alot to me and so my 200 a month, my nails, toenails, and mother will keep searching for respectful nail techs. Trish please humble your self. You are in a very competitive field.
