I came here for the first time with a friend and requested acrylics. Everyone was very nice but the nail tech that did my nails did not prep them at all before she starting putting the acrylics on. Then about 15 minutes in she went to the back to get something and came out with a bottle of vodka and went around asking customers if they would like any. She came out with a red solo cup and continued doing my nails. I didn't want to say anything because I had already made the appointment and agreed for the service so I paid and tipped at the end and just took the experience as a loss. My nails have fallen off in a week and a half and look very grown out because she didn't trim them or push back the cuticles at all before applying the acrylics. I called the store a couple of days ago to get one nail fixed and the same lady came out to redo it. When I tried telling her that I think the reason why they are falling off so fast is because she did not prep them before applying the acrylics, she told me that they were fine and that she wouldn't fix all of the nails. The customer service was very good and they agreed to try and help me the first time I went back to fix my nails but overall the experience is kind of a bummer. I paid about 60$ to get my nails done only for them to last less than 2 weeks :(
As a walk-in my first impression of the salon was good. Clean, welcoming & professional. Ms. Lee was my nail tech and she took her time with me. My only request was to allow my feet to soak a little longer and after that I was good to go. She did just that. I got a basic pedicure; currently $35 with gel polish; currently an additional $15. Bringing my service total to $50. My feet still feel soft and look amazing. I highly recommend this business and if I'm EVER in town again needing some pampering, I'll be sure to return & request Ms. Lee. Thank you ladies for squeezing me in that day...I REALLY needed it!
I love this salon. I think it's different owners pre pandemic but the work and service and the people are all pleasant and professional.
A day after getting my nails done 4 nails fell off. The work is rushed and they don't take their time. Clearly they don't use enough glue.
This nail salon has by far been the best one I've ever been to. They were professional, quick but also very through with all of there work to make sure you get the best experience possible. I got a full set and pedicure and don't regret anything!! Everyone was very welcoming and did their best to make sure we were satisfied while still moving on to other clients in a timely manner. I will definitely be coming back!!!
