Nice salon in AH and I received a great haircut but the three stars is for service. When you walk into the space there isn't anyone up front to direct you anywhere and since it was my first time there, I was unsure. The owner kind of greeted me and showed me the waiting area. She offered me something to drink but the entire exchange was rushed and awkward. My stylist had called ahead of time to ask if I could move up the appointment an hour and since I had a flexible afternoon schedule that day, I agreed but he still showed up another 15 minutes beyond that time. Overall, not impressed with the service as the entire experience felt a little forced.
Lori did my & my sister's hair for a Halloween-themed wedding and it was a fantastic experience. She was friendly, had great suggestions & our hair stayed in place for more than 10 hours. I had no clue that there were about a gazillion bobby-pins holding up my hair as I never felt a single one! Would definitely recommend & will absolutely be back.
russell is the best colorist. he really knows how to work with different hair types and can work magic when it comes to color. he is incredibly knowledgeable and he has a very calming personality along with giving you his fullest attention. when i went in with a ruined attempt at platinum blonde, he was able to take my damaged hair and treat it with an honest knowledge of hair care products and chemicals, and he was able to not only fix my hair, but give me the color that i was longing for. definitely five stars because of russell.
