Terrible! Spent $150 for bs. I was "convinced" the color combo they used was what I wanted. The guy I like to do my nails was out for the day and before they added color they asked if I wanted to come back tomorrow i said no. Then I called the next morning to ask them to fix it and they wanted to recharge me another $150. all while being rude and talking over a good paying customer who tipped well!! Stay away from here!!!!
I was very excited to try this place bc most pictures I've seen are great and also my cousin goes there and she loves it. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. My appointment for dip nails was Saturday at 6p and today is Wednesday and I noticed this morning chipping and peeling already. When I left the location I noticed discoloration in the heart nail art that I was charged 5$ each nail for. I also noticed unevenness in the color throughout all my nails and dips and ridges in my nails too bc nail tech looked lost the whole time while doing my nails. There are also areas on the side of my nail that were not dipped completely. I also had pointed at a dip shade I liked and told me I couldn't get those in that area. I guess they only know how to do acrylic nails and not natural ones. I didn't mention anything when I left bc there was no point of having them try to correct my nails when they would've probably made them worse. I've gotten my nails done for 25 years and moved back to San Antonio so trying to find a good place here has been difficult. I live 30 minutes away from this mail place and I really wanted to have this place be my new nail place. I'll keep looking.
Horrible service! They told me that it would be an hour wait and I waited for over 2 hours!! All I needed was my shellac taken off my toes and my toenails cut. They had 7 or 8 people go ahead of me who arrived after me just because they were getting a full pedicure.
first time and def my last over priced horrible service the lady who did my nails did not put a base coat nor a clear coat i had to tell someone else and i told them to make her do it again!!!! 2 days after my manicure this is what it looks like nails chipped and look at my skin around my nails this is a trash job. the hand massage was a joke not even 1 min go else where save your time and money they are over priced
