Happy Nails in Minneapolis, MN

April 8, 2023 was my 20th birthday my lovely hubby decided to take me out to get my nails done for my birthday! Not sure of the ladies name but once i find out i will be posting her name on yelp. but when i decided to step foot in the store there was already a lady waiting to be called. the lady told me they close at 3 and i got there at 2:25 and she told me it'll be 30 min till i get called back! 30 min goes by and I've sat in the lobby for an hour in a half and decided to go for a vapes break and it said they closed at 4 on the paper for the store hours! anyways after waiting and when everyone including employees left it was my turn i originally asked to do a magnetic effect but she says she cant do it so she suggested powder nails! she was such in a rush to get this! my pointer and pinky nails arent the same size one is smaller than the other! highly disatisfied for paying someone to f my nails up for $65 will be the last time i go to the same person! its crazyyyyyyyyyy how i was gonna tip her if i liked em im not a person who sticks up when i dont like something! im very shy and quite

they can't do nails mines was rushed they not even the same size & let's not get on my toes Kelly put a old lady on my feet and I told her to put a acrylic toe it's so thick it looks a mess. . . Then on top of that they barely can polish I won't be back they towels is so dirty in there establishment remind you I was there for 3 hours she kept stopping to do people lashes stay clear they give you wine to make it look like good customer service so they can give you fucked up nails

I got a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. I asked for a triple french and was told they had no airbrush equipment. While I was paying I saw the male nail artist giving someone airbrush nails.

I called to request an appointment, I was told no appointment. Then I asked if Kelli was in and she said no. I asked if she was expected in today and her mom which is who answers said "you want Kelli you come or call later" then hung up. I came over about an hour and a half later and there was not one single nail tech. I asked when someone would be in and her mom told me "they go to lunch, they coke back when they done." I left, called back two hours later. She said the techs were in. When I got there 20 minutes later there were no workers. She said you can sit down if you want. I asked where the workers are and she said I guess they left already. Needless to say, I was unable to get my nails done there. Then she told me she shut down now okay. You can leave. Worst experience ever!

I drive out of my way to come here cause they really do a fye job on my nails and my toes. i never walk out of here unhappy!!!!! they're so busy but it's worth the wait i love this place frfr.
