This place rules! I've been three times now and I've been in love with the work Kim does with my nails. Absolute precision! She is a perfectionist. There are reviews that criticize prices. I will happily pay for fantastic and friendly work. I get compliments on my nails every where I go. Quick service and my neon ombré glitter nails stay on point?

I thought I would give this place a try because my regular nail tech was fully booked. Literally the worst service ever. I needed to remove my old set first and he wanted to argue with me about what I had on my nails - as if it was done when I was in a coma!!! It's no wonder they have no customers. Please, don't waste your time or your money with this place.

I went to get a pedicure today from spa nails and as the technician was scrubbing my feet he cut me really bad to the point where 3 hours later I'm still bleeding. I got scrapped all under and top of my feet. It hurts so bad to even walk. When I flinched from the pain he didn't even apologize. All he said to me was that it must've been there from before!?!? The audacity! I'm so worried about catching an infection right now. Do not go here at all!! They even made me pay after cutting my feet up this bad!!

I had been very disappointed after not feeling accommodated by Little Luxuries down the street from here- as they may be popular they are not accommodating at all & very hard to reach. So instead I put my money elsewhere! The Crown answered my every question and request for my pedicure that I had desired. They came through!! The crown was accommodating, professional and so hospitable. It had great affordable prices and amazing standards! Do not sleep on this cute little shop. Support their business & look good while doing it! If you're looking for a convenient and caring salon for your nails or toes- this is the spot!

Today I got my 3rd dip manicure from this salon and had a horrible experience. Back in May, I first visited Crown Spa and Nail Salon to get dip nails for my birthday, since my cousin had recommended this salon. For my first visit, I got extremely lucky to have V, the owner's sister, do my my nails. She doesn't normally work at the salon but was helping out because of the busy weekend. She did an exceptional job. She was fun to talk to and took the time to do a beautiful dip polish with extension. I loved it and got so many compliments. The second time I went in to get a new set Tim started my nails and then someone else finished them. Tim did a good job at using acetone to soak my nails and then removing the old dip polish. I really liked this manicure. I had a really tough day today and my nails were needing some love. I decided to cheer myself up by doing to get a new set. I was pleased to enter the salon and after Tim looked at my nails he said to take a seat. I had someone show me to their chair in a minute. I was surprised at how fast, but it was 3pm, so they didn't have an evening rush yet. I was really looking forward to this "me time". However, it was PAINFUL! One by one my dip nails were ripped off. I pulled back 5 TIMES. Each time, the manicurist would look up at me before struggling to rip the dip off. He struggled with several nails and it was SO PAINFUL. My nails are still throbbing. I was so shocked that he didn't soak them before. This was so painful and I will not be going back to get my dip polish removed from here again. For the rest of the manicure, when buffing he accidentally cut my skin. THREE of my fingers were bleeding at the end of the manicure. It didn't think too much of it because mistakes happen and he mentioned that he was tired, but now that I think back on it this is unacceptable. I then paid $60 for the dip manicure which I think is reasonable. It was a blue color with no design and no extension. Definitely more expensive than other salons though. Because of this experience, I will be looking into other nail salons in the area.
