I have been going to cosmo for nails for @ 10 years. new management is terrific. gel manicures LAST. The nail techs are All excellent and perfectionist. Covid protocols observed. Calm, pleasant, efficient. No obnoxious tv or only suggestion would be to focus a little more on massage for Both mani and pedi.
Excellent experience- called ahead and booked a aroma-spa pedicure for myself and a full acrylic gel set for my daughter. First time with the spa pedi~ wonderful massage, sugar scrub, hot stone massage. Staff is always kind and efficient when I book pedis here. They keep it clean, line their foot baths, never had an issue.
Unbelievably poor, rude, unkind, and painful service by "Lynn". She didn't have any empathy for my disability. She was really rough and did a really poor job. A complete waste. I left halfway thru, paid, and left, knowing I would never return. She had no interest in doing a good job, or respect for her work or clients and absolutely ignored and wouldn't listen to my requests to take products off my skin (scrub), as I can get a rash. Such a disappointment, and I feel hurt and mistreated by this unkind, crabby person.
