This is my go-to salon as Trang has been my hair stylist since I was young! She transitioned to Mai Hoa, so I followed her. Weekdays tend to be better than weekends, as they are extremely busy then, even with appointments. I often have to wait a bit even when I arrive right at my appointment time. However, it is a neighborhood salon, so I don't mind. Just prepare yourself and it's nice to just be there to see friendly interactions and conversations. I introduced my friend to Mai Hoa and she's been going there as well. Highly recommend!
My mom recommended me this salon and I was hesitant at first since I haven't cut my hair professionally for a long time, they did amazing!! I'm asian so my hair texture is different to Handle with this being said having other Asians that know what they're doing is very comforting: I already recommend this place to my friends
Not good service, no attention to customers needs. And burnt both of my girlfriends ears, even after her telling her to not get to close to her ears and displaying a bunch of uncomfortable body language and the worker was not communicative with customer as well. Girlfriend requested to have hair cut to mid back and was cut to her armpit. Bad service.
