She's super nice and it feels more like you're getting your hair done by a friend. I'm not much of a small talker so I was worried it'd be awkward but it wasn't! I'm also usually kinda "meh" after getting hair done but I'm def satisfied with how it turned out.
I am a newer client -- I've been to Kyla twice -- but I am glad to have found her! I give her a general idea of what I want and let her do her thing, and my hair turns out awesome. But because she's so good, she's hard to get into, so plan ahead if you want your hair done for a specific event. She has online booking, which is great, because calling for an appointment is so 2000 and late.
Kyla got my color exactly as I was imagining. She kept my length but gave it new life and movement with the cut. I'm happy to have found her. Plus her salon is super cute and she's easy to talk to!
Kyla is amazing! She truly makes you feel like her #1 favorite customer even if you go there for the first time like I did yesterday.
