I have officially found my new NAIL expert...Lily was beyond AWESOME!! Quick, friendly, reasonably priced, precision based nail service that was TOP NOTCHED quality!! My service today included a full set coffin shaped with mood changing gel color and customized matte black alternates...I'm definitely returning for the service and so my nails are always on point and sexy!!
This place should take a lesson from Lux Nails on millplain...he could not believe I was charged 100 dollars for the awful set the owner did on my birthday. When he took them off I had GREEN FUNGUS under the nails she put on me. So if anything be careful if you go here. I was extremely unhappy and cried the whole way home because of how much I was charged.
I came to this salon before and stopped because they filed a hole through my natural nail with a dermal nail file. I came in today because I tore a nail off and very few salons are open on Sundays anymore. I called ahead and asked if they had time, they said they did, but then when I arrived I had to wait 30 mins to get seen. Well, I should have know better! She cut me with the dermal, made my finger bleed. Then when I pointed out that my nails were not the same shape and length, she argued with me, I said "fine" and let her keep going...then 30 seconds before my nails were done...she stopped what she was doing so that she could make a personal call on her cell phone, on speaker phone. All in all I will not be back and will probably be making any appointment somewhere else, later this week to have them fixed.
French tip less than half an inch with a little line of red underneath is $71 worst place ever will cut your fingers up and rush everything no matter how much money you give them no tip btw. I had beautiful healthy long nails and beautiful cuticles and last minute this lady says she's never done this before. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she agreed and said yes that she could do it, no she could not, she didn't ever finish I gave up on waiting because she was making me bleed every moment I was there I wanted to cry from how painful it was and I always get my nails done and I do nails myself and work at a nail salon never go here unless you want to be lied to and scammed. Was here to treat myself and that unfortunately could not happen. I know more than a million places to go and will give you everything you ask for for 35-60 & usually never more trust me . DO NOT GO HERE .
The nails were good but the service sucks, I got my feet done and then was ready for a manicure and sat there for another 30 minutes before they seated me. After I made an appointment for an hour and a half ago
