Went to Great Clips today in Surprise at Grand and Reems to get a haircut for my Mullett. I am very particular about my haircut and most people have difficulty getting it right when it comes to Mullets honestly. Jenna, at the Grand Marketplace Great Clips, had no problem at all and had the expertise and skill to give me what was close to the perfect Mullett cut! On top of that, she was very personable and friendly and was obviously customer service astute. She also pointed out to me that I was eligible for a discount on my haircut which I was not aware of. She went out of her way to make me feel valued, welcome and appreciated. I highly recommend Jenna and will request her only to do my haircuts in the future. Loved the service from her. She is simply the best I have experienced at a Great Clips!!!
Today I went online nine minute wait time ran down here took me four minutes. The lady said 25 minutes, I asked her in confusion. How does this work? I signed in online as she laughed in my face. She said this is great clips that online signing really doesn't mean a lot. Would you like a haircut, sir? Wtf! First and last time at this location and maybe with this company.
PAT TILLMAN LOCATION NOT ON YELP YET. But here's my review: poor in time management. They have no sense of order on who they call next even if there's clearly a list of names in order. My family of 5 were waiting and this lady called the name AFTER all my kids names.
Walked in late in the day and haircut by Staci was outstanding. Good enough to call a few days later and let her know that it was the best haircut I had had in years -- and to make sure I knew her schedule. Besides the excellent cut, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. I intend to go back soon.
