Suite Beauty in Surprise, AZ

I went to Rosie twice and each time she told me to pick from the wall of gel polish. The first time I picked two colors and she said neither of them were gel. Then she suggested some thing that was way different, green with glitter. Originally I had asked for light pink or white. I just ended up getting the pedicure because I really needed one and at that point I didn't care too much about the nails being sparkly green. I went back a month later and she did the same thing. Told me to pick from the wall and I picked four different colors and she told me none of them were Jill. I asked her to specify which ones were gel so that I could pick again and she did not. She went into the back and picked a totally different color that was like a fuchsia color and I had wanted a dark red/wine color. I don't know what's going on there but she could've just said maybe those colors weren't good for my skin tone. The second time I also had an appointment and I was greeted by a hairstylist at the door in a very curt manner. Then I waited over 20 minutes for Rosie to even acknowledge that I was there and start the water. During the pedicure, I told her that I had ingrown toenails on both of my big toes. She remembered that she got them out last time and she told me not to do them myself. I asked her to get them out several times and she only picked out the skin around it. She refused to get out the ingrown nails at that point I decided that I was not going to get a manicure with her, so I canceled that service. When I paid, I clicked print receipt and she said that was not an option and that her manager would email it to me the following day. That never happened and I left a email message on the business page and the owner never got back to me in regards to the gel nail wall that was never really gel according to Rosie. In addition, the hairstylist were talking badly about a customer who came in and said her hair was too dark. One of them responded girl bye when they were gossiping about her. I definitely won't be back and will not be recommending this business to anyone.

Showed up for my appointment and it was apparent the stylist had no idea I had booked it. She told me she needed thirty more minutes so I left. Please be more prepared and professional for new clients. Our time is worth money too.

I hope this works, reading google for instructions. Charrisa phoned me and we are on the same page now. She's actually quite a reasonable person. I hope I didn't screw too much up for her. Certainly another woman/mother doing her business. I'm sure many ppl love her, we just didn't meld. But thanks for the call...

My overall experience at Suite Beauty was 5-star+. I have received multiple compliments on my hair since Jill gave me an excellent cut and color. Grateful to have found her and I will definitely go back. Also, the other stylists at Suite Beauty were kind, friendly, helpful and professional.

As I mentioned earlier. I wouldn't come back here for a nail job but would definitely come and see Melissa again. She's a very pleasant person and felt comfortable with her. She took good care of my hair.
