Great Clips in St Louis Park, MN

We took our son here for his first haircut, he is almost 2. What a great experience! Everyone in there was extremely nice and professional. Jennifer cut his hair and did such a great job! She was absolutely wonderful and took good care of him. He looks so handsome! They gave us a little lock in a card for his first haircut memory. Thank you!!!

Terrible. I went here to get a haircut which is very simple and has all the notes from my previous visits. This lady with pink hair started my haircut and it was clear she didn't have much patience or attention to detail. She almost was blindly cutting hair and perfectly forming a bowl haircut the entire time which isn't what I requested. At the end of it she took out a huge chunk of hair on the front and the sides were twice as long as they were supposed to be. I was legitimately embarrassed to leave great clips because this workers must have not understood what inches are. I had to get an additional haircut after this terrible haircut to just fix the sides that were supposed to be an inch but ended up being over 2. The only positive of this experience is my girlfriend and family got a good laugh. I would recommend her if you're attending any circuses or carnivals in the near future. If I ever go back to this location I will skip this lady at all costs.

Worst service ever! I won't be back - ever! I went there on 6/16. I checked in on the app and arrived 10 minutes early. Per Covid restrictions i went inside and checked in, then went outside and waited in my car. A few minutes later an employee came out and clearly called another clients name. A few minutes later another employee came out, looked around, called no ones name and went back inside. After a minute i figured maybe she was looking for me, even though she clearly called no persons name. I decided to go in and see if it was my turn. Before i has the chance to get out of my car another employee came out and locked the door and went back inside. Seriously? I've been going to this salon for years and in that time I've seen all of my favorite stylists leave one by one. This salon obviously has issues.

These people care. If you are a woman and want a "wash, dry and go" haircut, they will do that. I've been to fancy salons and I look great leaving but my lack of styling ability makes me look freakish the next day. I had one stylist that was fantastic. She moved to part time and then almost never. I asked for a suggestion of another stylist. She whispered two names, and both have been great. Sadly, I'm now moving out of the area. I recommend this place ... the owner must be doing things right. The employees care. I specifically recommend Kelly. She does a great job. Has listened to me and given me great advice.

Couple of haircuts here in the last four years. As expected, short clean cuts, hairdresser socialized with me and made haircut nice . Quit service, got the hair cut right. Easy parking. Close to many shops and attractions.
