Christine Martin Nail & Skin in St Louis Park, MN

I have been going to Christine's shop for many years and find her manicures and pedicures to be the very best. Her's are the only ones that keep my nails from cracking, and the polish from chipping. I trust her to always figure out the best solutions for my problem nails. She is prompt, has a pleasing personality and a great attitude. I am consistently satisfied when I leave, and receive many compliments on her work. Being there also allows me to relax, refresh and feel pampered. Chris is always accommodating, does quality work and is very professional! I highly recommend Christine Martin Nail Consultants.

Christine offers the highest level of customer service. Some of her customers are regulars who come in every week or two. Those are really good clients - I'm not one of them! I call her on an emergency basis, a few times a year, as I never think to schedule in advance. And then I'm about to hop on a plane, go to a wedding or head to the beach, or SOMETHING where I need my nails done NOW and she is ALWAYS able to accommodate me. I'm not a great client but she always makes me feel like I'm important and like her world revolves around me and my schedule. Even though I know it doesn't, she makes me feel like I'm special. My finger nails don't hold polish, but they hold Christine's work better than most. I can sometimes get a whole week out of a manicure from Christine. Most others last two days at the most. A pedicure from Christine lasts weeks - until I need to trim and file my nails, sometimes even longer if I really procrastinate. Then I usually go without polish until my next "emergency" presents itself.

This salon has the worst customer service. -EVER!!! I've never had or even heard of a stylist that's refused to fix something a client was unhappy with, especially in the hair industry! Robin, the stylist at this salon is horrible! Expectations were high since she was so expensive and a friend referred me. I borrowed money to afford our visit. I told her specifically, multiple times, what I wanted: big platinum chunks with a little contrast and a cut that would not grow into the "triangle" look. What I got was ashy blonde hair and a triangle cut. Asked her to fix it. After two text , Robin told me she wouldn't fix it and was exhausted dealing with me. She called later and stated she didn't want me to contact her again. I called the owner of the salon. She didn't do anything other than tell Robin to call me. Even though this stylist represents her business, she told me she was not responsible for her. Robin called me and even though I really didn't want her touch my hair again, nor did I appreciate her comments to me, I thought we came to a solution. I was to wait a few weeks and call her so my hair wouldn't be bombarded with chemicals. I've tried contacting her since to follow through and she has yet to call me back...NEVER, EVER, AGAIN!!!!!
