They suck. The lady who did my curtain bangs cut them so bad I look like a boy. I just asked for simple curtain bangs and a short trim and got regular bangs. They look so bad
Absolutely the worst haircut I have ever seen. My husband brought our son here to get just a trim. Mostly we wanted his bangs cut just so they were out of his eyes. We wanted to keep a little length because he has some beautiful curls. When they got home I was completely appalled! His hair was so short that there wasn't a single curl left on his head. We were hesitant to get it cut because this is exactly what we were afraid of. I am at a loss for words at how awful his hair now looks, it looks like a bushy mess.
I went to this facility on 10/17/20 to get a haircut The reason I gave it a 1 star is because they will not let their customers use their bathroom. I'am a 69 year old senior citizen. They had 6 chairs and they were all filled. When you have a successful business like this, it should provide a restroom!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could. John P
My hair sucks now. I was gonna go out in public today, but now I can't go out for 3 months. Very rude and unprofessional, and they did a terrible job. Cut was totally And obviously uneven. The stylist sprayed my hair with chair cleaner and didn't bother to wash or straighten my hair before cutting. I'm not one to leave reviews, especially negative, but I've never had such a bad experience at a hair salon. P.S.- not a Karen, just someone who got a totally effed up haircut.
Checked in online yesterday, around noon. Walked in 20 mins later. I was acknowledged w a smile and seated right away. Very quick and a great haircut 15 mins later. Thank you Celena!
