Great Clips in Minneapolis, MN

I cannot believe that this is how my hair turned out she made it look like it was perfect when I walked out now that I got home and I'm waking up it is unbelievably uneven it looks like my 4-year-old granddaughter took a scissors to it "ZAHNDREA WAS MY STYLIST I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND THEY WILL NOT ANSWER MY CALLS OR MY REVIEWS!!!???? WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW"

Old people only because cutting my child's hair who is ten is waaaaay too difficult of a task for them. Worst customer service ever. If you're completely desperate and you go here, good luck.

I know it's my fault for going to a great clips cause obviously a cheap hair salon runs the risk of a messed up haircut. However, I have gone to this specific location multiple times and have always left with just alright haircuts and have been fine with the outcome since the prices are so cheap. But it turns out more often than not a cheap hair salon means the hairstylists are not that good cause obviously if they were qualified they would apply and get hired at an actual salon and make way more money. So I've had two instances where the stylists are just not worth your time and I recommend going to a different hairstylist. 1) I asked for a grade 5 on the top and the lady said "I don't have that I didn't bring it today" so I said "okay well I'm paying for a haircut with that specific length so can I wait until another stylist is available with that blade length?" And she said NO. like absolutely horrible service and she continued to just cut my hair at whatever length she thought worked. 2). The picture attached is my botched haircut. It is a simple grade 4 on the top and then a grade 3 down to a 1 on the sides and back. He said do you want squared or rounded edges in the back (keep in mind this is the first time someone has ever asked me that at this salon, which MOST salons will always ask you that question if you are getting a buzzed/short haircut). so i said "squared is fine". And he says, "I'm doing round, I can't get it even." Like what the actual fuck, they give anyone a license these days. I come home and look in the mirror since they never let you see the back of your head at this great clips.. and I notice patchy spots, and on the left side my hairline is squared and the right side is round.... like what? I definitely will not be going back and I learned my lesson by trying to get a cheap $16 haircut.

The scary biker looking guy with his ears pierced cut my hair and made it look absolutely fabulous. He did exactly what I asked for and this was the first time I had ever walked away from a haircut legitimately satisfied. It only cost 16 bucks but he made me feel like a million when it was done. 10/10 - will be going back.
