Do not waste your money! I can't find the name of the stylist, but she was a Level 4 and expensive!! She was advertised as the expert in color. I met with her, as required, days before my color. She promised to have a special shampoo/conditioner there for me to buy once my color/cut was finished. The color was absolutely awful in all ways possible (missing color in spots, no color on the roots, darker tone at some parts and then all the color washing out within only a couple washes--and it was the most permanent lavender color they have), and the haircut was terrible. I asked her about the color and the cut, while at the salon, and she had excuses. She never gave me a number that I could call if things didn't look better once I washed my hair within a few days of getting the color. She had promised to send me a text with the name of a shampoo/conditioner that I should buy for my color (since she had forgotten to get it for me to buy from the salon). She never did send a text to me. I'm still regretful that I ever went to MN NAF Salon. This is the most money I've ever spent on my hair, yet one of the worst experiences I've had!
I cannot stop raving about MN NAF Salon. Jessica did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair; I've recommended her salon to all my coworkers. The salon itself is incredibly soothing and so inviting. Everything was great, from the staff to the product lines to the general vibe. I'll be coming back here for all of my hair and nail needs.
Honestly surprised by the good reviews. The stylist I had did a very bare minimum job. Haircut was cutting across the ends and I got a full balayage meaning the back of the head gets colored but the stylist only did the top pretty much. The stylist was my third choice because the other two left.
Jessica doesn't just do the work, she knows the best way to do it good and make you look your best. Quite a difference from basic stylists. I highly recommend her for hair coloring and cuts!
Absolutely the best salon!!! Jessica took every precaution to make everyone safe and comfortable. With the constant superb service and professional quality, the attention to detail is second to none. I will keep returning and strongly encourage everyone to do so!!! Thank you!
