I waited FIFTY minutes on the waiting list only for them to tell me I should have made an appointment instead and that they were too busy. Absolute disregard for my own time-FIFTY whole minutes. They were TOO BUSY but they made me wait FIFTY minutes they didn't care that I had my own plans for the day. I will never come back again and you shouldn't take any words they say on the website or in-person on face value because apparently they'll kick you out after FIFTY minutes of waiting.
After reading the Managers response in the Grand Rapids Press by me, against my nieces salon, which had nothing to do with anything salon, I feel this women is unprofessional and a embarrassment to the Hair styling community of Grand Rapids. The only positive things about this place are the online check in feature and the coupons you get. The stylist my son had today was clearly annoyed she had to cut a kid's hair; he literally just sits there and didn't make a peep. Butchered his hair....thank gosh it will grow back. But then she was all sugary sweet to the guy afterwards, which I noticed because I was waiting for my other kiddo to finish up. Bottom line, don't expect much from the haircut or the service.
The most horrendous experience I have ever had taking my special needs son for a haircut. The stylist actually called me rude.
