Didn't get what I expected but I'm updating my review and adding a star because it wasn't as bad as I thought the day I left the salon. I think it was mostly just the styling which I was charged extra for. The service still was not very personal, obviously, the hairstylist didn't listen I shouldn't of had it styled. Sad when a hairstylist can't style.
Used a coupon & Shana did not apply it so I was over charged on my card. Called that day & she said she would correct the error on my card. Didn't do it. 5 days later talked to corporate & they stated would get back to me. Never did. BBB up next
