My daughter and her three friends went to get their nails done (all 18 years old) her friend looks white but she is actually Vietnamese. My daughters friends nails were terrible but she was to nice to say anything. So my daughter and her other friend asked nicely if they could please fix it. They did a sloppy job and were making racial comments in Vietnamese but didn't know my daughter's friend spoke it fluently. The girls had to go home and fix their friend's nails as best they could. The staff was extremely rude to these girls and racially biased. The poor girl paid $74 for a terrible nail job. My daughter had her hand under the led light and was trying to adjust her hand and accidentally bumped her pinky nail , the lady lightly slapped her hand and told her to keep still. Even tho my daughter said it was light she said it was very rude.
This is a small salon which makes it a lot more personal and cozy. The technicians are very good and seem to care about the customers. Prices are reasonable.
Poor customer service. I usually get dip done and they said acrylic overlay is ideal for the nail design I wanted. They said the it would last the same amount of time as dip or longer only for it to start lifting and the color chipping after a week. Called and they asked me to send a picture which I did and went in to get them fixed as they said they would over the phone. Then I get there the lady said they will charge me $30 to fix it and paint my entire nail dark green. I said I paid for designs so why are they changing it and if it's infected because it's lifting up I won't find out until it's too late because it's covers in dark color. I told her Kevin did my nails and the lady said okay talk to him. Kevin fixed it but removed the designs and I didn't complain I just said I don't want it to be green I just leave it clear. He didn't blend it well and used mail tips to pick off the acrylic. He tried to cover the subpar work with glitter and after I paid for the pedicure I got and he asked if I wanted to pay for fixing and I said no thinking he wasn't going to charge me. He then proceeded to tell me to never come back. I was baffled I just said okay packed up my belongings and left. Just rude and no accountability.
Thomas has been my nail teach since I was 17. I am 21 and he always goes off a cliff with my nails. He is the only nail teach I go to for YEARS NOW. MY NAILS ALWAYS LOOK GOOD. And I have many more pictures! These are all the ones I could find. AGAIN HIS NAME IS THOMAS.
