I am so excited! My son gets his hair cut at one of the Sola Salons hair studios, Studio 55:12, which he loves. She gave me the perfect trim, using a product that not only is affordable but really works. The previous salon I had gone to for the past ten years charges three times Leah's price and has far pricier products. Now I can get my hair trimmed more often and still save hundreds of dollars per year. Also, I really like the way the studios are arranged. They are clean and quiet and private. To start with If I could Jasmine Bright a negative score it would - 10. I am not sure how such a cold rude person made a decision to be in the service industry period. We took my grandson to her for the monumental event of his first haircut, after much research on we chose her and much communication with her about our needs and expectations. Big mistake, she greeted us in a very surly manner to the point to where she even had the audacity to rude to a little boy. My family was excited about this event, so we tried to give her the benefit of doubt that maybe she was just not a morning person. But she preceded to destroy this occasion by totally botching my child's haircut and kicking out of chair in a very rude manner, leaving his head unpresentable for the general public. My family was leaving on a family trip which was one of the main reason for this haircut, now my child has to travel with a clown haircut. Clearly this woman was not the professional her online presence indicated. So, BEWARE OF Jasmine Bright if you are thinking about using her services run don't walk to another shop. While I understand that we are all human and make mistakes, it was the way she handled it and her general demeanor that speak to her professionalism.
