I met the warmest stylist who gave me a brand new look for $20! I'm hooked and will be back for my next cut this month.
We have been going for 5 years and seeing Dee most times. After today's abomination of a visit we will not be returning. I don't know what has happened to Dee but her work was subpar at best and her attitude left much to be desired. My older son's haircut was atrocious and uneven. My younger son's was marginally better. She copped an attitude asking why we requested her prior to cutting their hair, took less than 5 minutes to butcher our son's hair and then rudely handed my husband a card with two other stylists names on it. We have always had good rapport with her and tipped well so this was unexpected and took us quite by surprise. Her behavior today was rude, unwarranted and unprofessional. I don't know if she had something personal going on or what but you don't take your frustrations out on clients. Today's experience was unacceptable and as a result we will be seeking care elsewhere. Perhaps that was what she was after? Either way, if you don't want to be walking around looking like your hair was cut by a 3 year old, steer clear.
I walked in a couple hours before they closed with my 3 kids and myself all needing haircuts. They were kind and friendly and we were very happy with the results.
