First the salon is clean and beautiful. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Kendall was sent from above. I accidentally fried my hair off with bleach I called the salon right before they closed and she was able to get me in first thing the next day. She really took the time to explain everything step by step, gave me choices even though I really didn't have any. She showed attention, kindness, and made me feel welcomed. I left the salon feeling a million times better and with hair that felt just as amazing as looked. A few days later I had to come back to get my hair a little darker for work, she once again squeezed me in, worked her magic, and reassured me that it was okay. After years of awful visits to the salon Kendall gave me hope and confidence. I cannot wait to reschedule with her again.
Natalie was the best! she gave me a hair cut and made me feel so comfortable! the salon itself is gorgeous and so cozy!
I got my hair done by Kendall she did a good job on my hair. I'm giving it two stars though because she didn't come off too friendly. Also her and a couple of women at the desk while checking out made a comment about me looking like Pocahontas (Probably out of ignorance) but someone who is Native American that is a racist term and made me very uncomfortable.
Tricia did a fantastic job listening to what I wanted, giving me recommendations based on my hair type, and cutting my hair exactly as we discussed. I am usually really intimidated of getting my hair cut, but she is so fun to talk to and you definitely get your moneys worth. I will be seeing her again soon for another cut and some color this time!
