The african american person was very harsh rough fast on my hair. She used only trimmer to cut my hair, did not use the water spray and cut my hair in an uneven rocky manner. She is too aggressive. I had a very bad experience at this place.

Cherise did a great job fixing the uneven mess I made when I cut my hair. I think she is the manager? The tall, dark haired, new? stylist was friendly & seemed competent, too. We had a nice little conversation between the 3 of us.
I would definitely recommend this location to anyone! I went for the 1st time on Saturday 01/28. I made an appointment on the app. When I walked in, Dionn welcomed me in the salon. She sat me down and asked me lots of questions so she'd get a good idea of how to cut my hair. She did a wonderful job! I'm sooo happy! I've been looking for someone to cut a pixie and I found my match! I'll definitely be asking for her when I come back!
I visited the Great Clips located at 6640 Old Monroe Rd Indian Trail, N.C. 28079. It was the nicest experience. All of the employees were interacting with each other and laughing. It was wonderful. It is the first Great Clips I have visited where the employees actually appeared to like being with the other employees.
Fast and efficient! Did even have to wait. Walked in and was seated right away. Friendly service and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it!
