I had just moved to Charlotte and finding a new hair stylist can be daunting. I had tried two stylists before him and both ruined my hair, leaving it fried and brassy (think two consecutive days of bleach kind of damage).
I made an appointment with Derek thinking it would take multiple salon visits to get it repaired. Upon making the appointment, he asked for details of my hair status and what I wanted (with pictures). He not only fixed what I thought was unfixable, he did so in one visit!
Communication with him was very clear from the start and he's upfront with prices. I'm grateful I found him. Highly recommend!
Derek got me in on a Sunday and did a wonderful job. I came in with some concerns about damaged, brittle hair and Derek helped me find a cut that would work for me. I'm very happy with how my hair turned out. I even had my boyfriend snap a pic to add to the review when I got home! I will definitely be returning!
Derek did a great job with my cut/root color/balayage! I brought in pictures of my desired look and after discussing what I've done to my hair in the past, he came up with a realistic plan to get me a result that I was looking for. I'll definitely go back!
