I am under my gf Yelp acct and I just want to say that I got really terrible service here at Rivergate sports clips. The stylist was by the name of Dean or something like that and older gentleman early 40s i would say. Nice gentleman had a great conversation but a terrible stylist. His clips where all dull and not properly maintained. While cutting my hair it constantly pulled my hair it was so bad that I had to tell him if he had other clippers since it was hurting me. He then got new ones but it felt slightly better but still needed maintaince as you can see in the photo it cut my rear neck. I didn't make anything of it since I didn't really get to see my neck but i knew it hurt. when I arrived home i saw why it hurt and felt sore. I am not a happy camper not only do I look redicoulous but it hurts my neck. I been getting my hair cut here for a while and have been very satisfied until this incident. I think the manager should enforce and make sure all their employees are keeping their clipper and blades well maintained to ensure this doesn't happen to another customer
This is the only Sports Clips I trust to cut my hair! I always see Brianna and she does a great job. Gets my cut perfect every time and always remembers exactly how I like it. Also Jess has cut my hair before too and did a flawless job as well. 5 stars. Highly recommended.
I've just moved from Chicago where I was spending $60 + tip for a cut. I came here based on the reviews. It was easy to check in and I was seen immediately by Miranda. I was impressed. She listened carefully to what I wanted and was friendly. As a 1st time customer I got VIP treatment for free. Cut was good, very efficient and they even give a wash and massage afterwards. She took notes too so she knows what I want for next time

WORST HAIRCUT EVER!!!!! (i've given myself a better haircut)... First and most definitely last time. Only went because a friend said the shampooing/massage of your scalp and massage of your neck and shoulder area was great, so I decided to give it a try, (don't bother). I'm giving them one star because that's the least you could give if not it would be a -10.
l should've looked on yelp first because they only have 2/12 stars and I just found out why. It seems like they're only good at one style (bowl on head). If you live in the Steele Creek Lake Wylie area go to LAKESIDE BARBERS cost the same and 1,000,000% better.
