BEWARE....I received an eyelash lift and tint on 3/25/23. My eyes started to feel like sandpaper was rubbing against them on the evening of 3/26/23. I woke up on 3/27/23 with bacterial conjunctivitis and a chemical burn (confirmed after seeing a doctor). I HAD TO TAKE 2 DAYS OFF OF WORK AS I COULDN'T SEE TO DRIVE!!!!! I have contacted the company via Facebook messaging, Instagram messaging, and voicemail to see what caused this infection. The company read my Facebook message yesterday at 2:28pm and still has not responded to me. Please respond to me before I have to contact BBB. Edit- I spoke with Whitney the owner. She REFUSED to take any accountability for the cause of this. I will be contacting the BBB.
I went in for an eyebrow wax and left very happy. Lena did such a great job! The entire staff is very friendly. I am looking forward to my next visit to try some of their other services!
This is such an amazing add to the New Albany area! Gorgeous, chic space that makes you feel insta-glam as soon as you walk in. The owner is extremely warm and is super knowledgeable about products. Glamhouse sells the Kerastase line of products. Hard to find this line in Columbus so I was super excited! I've had my hair done twice and have been very happy both times. I can't wait to try other services like make up. I highly recommend checking out Glamhouse! You won't be disappointed.
If you want your hair and skin to look the best it's ever looked, please visit Glamhouse!!! Whitney (owner) is downright professional with class and personality and a 10/10. Her stylists amazing and we had such a great time smelling and feeling our transformation with their mad skills and Kerastase products galore. Nikki couldn't be more good energy and the whole salon vibes just what we needed for an afternoon pickup... what can't the Glamhouse Beauty Bar provide!! LOVE
I can't believe I waited this long to try Glamhouse Beauty Bar. For my rehearsal dinner, I went to another place in Columbus and my curls fell out within 20 minutes so I was hopeful Glamhouse would be better--they were! Though I got a little wind struck, my volume and curls have stuck through and I feel great! The location is beautiful, clean, and everyone is super friendly. Can't wait to go back soon and try makeup with my styling. Thanks to Natalie for the great look!
