This has been my go-to hair salon for a while and I always leave happy with the way my hair looks. Big shoutout to Danielle helped me with my most recent haircut and I absolutely loved it. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and she was very attentive and walked me through how to style and maintain it for my hair type. I will definitely be coming back for my future hair appointments and highly recommend Danielle!
I had 2 disastrous hair cuts the last 2 times. This place is expensive so getting a bad haircut after paying so much is no excuse. I asked to cut 3 inches of hair and they cut 6 inches. It's not even and I look horrible. I need to wait for atleast 2-3 months till my hair grows back. I did the haircut just a day before our festival and I can't explain the disappointment. I was a regular customer but never coming back again.
I liked the haircut by Larry. This is the best haircut I got in the US after moving from India. The ambience of this place is really good.
This review is for the hairstylist Homeira alone. I have been to Stan parente a few times before and loved their service. My first haircut here was with Polly and she was great and the next few times got my haircut with Brianna and she was awesome. This time I was in a rush to get a haircut and couldn't get an appointment with either Brianna or Polly so went with whoever was available and it happened to be Homeira. I saw that she was a master stylist and thought what could go wrong. But to my shock, she was very unprofessional, barely tried to make a conversation, everything seemed rushed and was in and out of the salon in 15min including hairwash and haircut. She didn't even bother to use a heat protectant before blow drying my hair which pissed me off. I can't believe I paid 100$ including tip for this mess, what a waste!!
I was not happy with my last haircolor at this salon. I will not mention the name of the hairstylist, since she was really nice and tried to do her best work. But this was by far one of the worst hair colors I have had in a long time. I feel you can really tell, if someone is a good hairstylist when they not only listen to what the customer wants to have, but they also put in their professional advice, if they feel something would look better for a client. Another hairstylist at this salon once left me going out the salon with stains from the haircolor everywhere around my neck, behind my ears, which never should happen in a professional hairsalon. With that said I´m not sure, if I will go to Stan Parente again anytime soon.
