Bethany is amazing. She was so kind and listened to exactly what my daughter wanted for her cut & style she took her time and it came out perfectly exactly what my daughter asked for! She was a joy to chat with. The salon was so cozy and welcoming. We had such a happy peaceful experience. They have the cutest waiting area set up with lounge chairs and couches I was able to sip my coffee and read a book in the comfiest chair while my daughter got her hair done. My daughter LOVES her hair! If you're looking for a quality salon that doesn't have the snobby vibe where they just try to rush you in and out and upsell you this is the place never met a more real kind down to earth staff in a salon! Hands down best salon experience we've ever had. 10/10 * 5 stars!

Bethany is the BEST stylist I've ever had!! She is wonderful at listening and has an incredible attention to detail. She gave me exactly what I asked for in the pictures I showed her. Bethany Bean is an absolute joy to talk with and she is just the best. The vibe in the salon is wonderful. It's very cozy and has great energy. The products Bethany Bean used on my hair made it feel brand new.

If you are looking for someone to do color, lashes, haircut literally anything Bailey is your girl! She takes her time and listens to any questions comments or concerns that I had. I have gotten an all over color, lashes and haircut done by her and she exceeded my expectations! I will continue to come back she truly does an amazing job I couldn't imagine going to anyone else.

I have been to Aura twice. Both times were absolutely amazing. Today Kylie did my hair and she did an incredible job! I'm a busy more than full time worker, mom, and wife. I hate to dress up, style my hair, wear a bra, or anything besides slippers! My hair was a complete rats nest and hadn't been cut in forever. Kylie is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and TALENTED! She gave me one of the best cuts I've ever had today. I highly recommend the salon and her! The staff are all so nice and welcoming!

On May 8, 2021I had a Brazilian Blowout Aura salon purchased from Groupon. Mandy my stylist provided me with a questionnaire to complete. As I began to read through it I told the stylist that I couldn't answer the questions because we hadn't discussed anything. Mandy stated that she would go over everything. She informed me that the treatment was not a straightening treatment but a smoothing treatment. Mandy and I began a casual conversation and she began performing the treatment. As she was doing the treatment there was a smoke like an effect. I asked her if everything was okay she stated that it was normal and happened because of the heat and the product. She rinsed my hair and sprayed it and finished drying and straightening my hair. After about three hours my face and scalp felt like sunburned. By morning I began to feel the area that was burning and felt a spot that was smooth. I took a picture and noticed a nickel size spot burned on my hair and scalp. I immediately washed my hair to stop the product from additional processing. My husband and I went to the salon where I asked for a copy of the questionnaire. The owner provided me with a copy where it was discovered that the stylist Mandy forged my initials. I asked to speak to her and she attempted to say that we discussed all questions which is why she signed it. I reminded her that there were cameras and asked her each question and asked if we went over any of those questions. She stated no we didn't. After the stylist walked away the owner stated that she initialed with my initials because she knew the owner would review the documents and was lazy and that's why she didn't complete the full intake as she should have. I asked the owner about the statement of the product not containing formaldehyde. She stated that the Brazilian blowout product does contain formaldehyde but because it's a low amount the maker is not required to report it per the FDA. The owner apologized and refunded my Groupon. Due to the damage caused by Mandy's carelessness and the failed product application I had to have months of cortisone injections in my scalp, topical medications, and other related health reactions. I was heartbroken that this had happened, and still am. The fact that she forged my initials and then took no accountability was heartbreaking. The damage and pain from the medical treatment were horrible and unnecessary had she cared about the treatment she was applying. I did consult with an attorney and was told that Aura Salon did not cover personal injury. Just another gut punch to add to the violation and neglect of Aura Salon and Mandy.
