Terrible customer service. Walked in at 8:15 (mall closes at 9) and asked for just nail polish for nails and toe nails. The guy at the front told me "we too busy." I stood there unsure of what to do and he told me again "we too busy." I walked to the other nail salon in the mall 'Le Nails' and even though they were busy too, they still took me in and did not turn down my service. Will never go back to 4 tip to toe.
What I thought was going to be an enjoyable nail experience, turned out to be the rudest customer service I have ever had. They guy misled me into getting something I didn't want then forced me to pay the price and was a jerk about it. Will not be going back here ever again. Not to mention it wasn't very clean!!! (I also NEVER complain or write reviews. My experience was so upsetting to me, I felt the need to write my first review!)
My manicure was rushed and the technician did a mediocre job at best. She was rough with my cuticles and made two of my fingers bleed which didn't seem to concern her. The paint job itself was poor and I'm concerned about infection since this has occurred here before. She also seemed very unenthusiastic about her job. Please avoid this place if you care at all about quality and the health of your fingers.
Awesome experience. I received a pedi & absolutely loved it. The tech was very attentive. She did a wonderful job. I also got my nails done & the tech explained the different types & which ones would hold up to my job. He helped me pick out colors & sizes. Very happy with the result. Highly recommend this place.
Always so nice and friendly every time I go. They do great work! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
