The place is beautiful and very well organized but very non personable. My nail tech was very rough and fast, one of my dip nails cracked only 1 hour after getting them done. They definitely mean business which is fine if your okay with that. I just prefer to relax when getting my nails done not be manhandled.
Owners Kevin & Khanh are truly professionals and always strive to have the best nail techs and the best service. Their salon is absolutely gorgeous and relaxing. They care about their customers, and most are regulars. I started with them about 5 years ago and I've never been disappointed or had the desire to go elsewhere. Really like the tech I have now. She's a gem.
I stopped here a week ago looking for a new nail technician and a color change since the gel polish was CHIPPING after 3 days. Anyhow, I was in and out in 25min. Very impressed. The place is very beautiful and relaxing. The staff is extremely professional, kind and courteous. So impressed! I had to come back. I got the full service. Yes I splurged!! Great pedicure, leg and foot massage. Love my nails and design. I'm very pleased. I wish I could give this place 10 star rating!! I already made my next appointment.
Place is beautiful inside and clean. But I have to wear a mask because the smell of acetone is pretty strong. Appointments are required as they don't take walk-ins. Overall I think it's ok. I can't help feel that I'm always rushed and leave with powder or remnants of nails on me from the drilling.
Beautiful salon and really attentive and kind nail techs. I love my manicure and felt really cared for the whole time I was there. Can't wait to go back and get a pedicure as well next time!
