They didn't have the skills to do what I requested. So I had to choose something that I didn't like. Afterwards I asked for them to be fixed and I was told I needed to make another appointment and pay for a soak off and full set. The nail tech that originally did my nails was extremely accommodating and fixed them for me with no additional cost.
Worst nail salón ever. the product they use is low quality,Service is awful I let the owner know that I did not wanted them to drill on my nail Anymore because it was already burning and she said it was ok I just did not know it felt that way because it has been a while since I had my Nails done (she does not even know when I had my last service) my nails are all in diferent sizes but the worst is the HORRIBLE PAIN that am on, its 540 am I can't sleep due to the pain. I wish there was a place were I could REPORT this. AND places like this should not be open they are A DANGER for people nails!
i really did want to love this place ! employees are friendly. I scheduled a. pedicure and acrylics . the pedicure was very rushed. The tub wasnt even filled with water before he started working on feet. done in 15 minutes. I felt like he was rushed and did not spend enough time on filing and scrubbing feet. the cost was $40. acrylics cost $45 . they were very thick and looked like chiclet gum when I was done. I paid $85 and left a tip of $20. and shame on me i should have spoke up and said this is a terrible mani and pedi but I didn't because I didn't want anyone thinking bad of me because I was complaining ! and how do you tell the owner you dont like his work? anyway once again I walked out of a mani pedi not happy ! so who is on the wrong me for not being a bitch or the employer for not taking his time and doing a good job
They don't take time on nails. I went in to get a nail fixed and they were rushing and they weren't even busy! I tried to tell them that you can't put a new nail on top of old acrylic because the glue won't stick. They didn't listen and they put 4 different nails trying to make it stick! And then realized I was right.
