Great service at LA Nails, they took their time and was quick with them. They were very nice

Second time in a row Duc has messed up my nails... picture was up for him to go off reference and they still came out wrong size, shape, and the design isn't even near accurate. Doesn't help that he doesn't engage in conversation either :/ the girl is always nice and does a good job but he always rushes my nails and ruins them So today I called in the morning. was told by Kim to soak off nails & she would redo my full set. Got there at the appointed time & was met by Duc Tran who got aggressive with not just me but my fiancé. I showed him the reference photo I had up for him to look at while he did my nails yesterday and the photos of my nails (all pictured below) and asked him if he really felt it was worth $65. Kim did nothing but allow him to be aggressive and demeaning for no reason. I just wanted a nice set of nails before I'm induced on Sunday to have my child but the professionalism here is mediocre. Duc Tran followed me and my fiancé all the way out yelling like an idiot over his crappy work. Ended up just getting our money back. Would not recommend, will never be back. Kim should do better and get control of her employees if she wants her business to keep running.

Posting for the situation I witnessed today. A young girl was a few chairs over getting her nails done. She came in with acrylic nails and wanted to get them filled. They completely removed her acrylics and then started doing something completely different. She spoke up and said they weren't right or what she even asked for. The man that was doing her nails got extremely defensive and rude. It turned into a full screaming match. She was getting very angry and visibly upset due to the way she was being treated. She refused to pay and they weren't going to let her leave without paying. Mind you, they had only glued on some fake tips at this point. She ended up just walking out all while they were still yelling at her. Absolutely disgraceful. Those who work there are so rude and unprofessional. I cannot even begin to tell anyone how bad it was.

they did a horrible job on my no chip manicure. they didn't cut them down as much as i wanted and it was a sloppy job. i do not recommend

My best friend called me earlier tonight in tears because of the absolutely horrible way she was treated by the guy who was working! After standing for 10 minutes at the counter during which time he twice made eye contact with her, he only finally got up when a group of girls came walking in. He proceeded to check them in, walked right past my friend and back to his work station...he then looked back up at her, threw his hands up apparently annoyed she was still standing there, then proceeded to scream across the room full of people "we have too many you'll have to come back tomorrow!" I would hate to believe it's because she's black, but honestly not sure at this point what else to think...but guess what that's fine because she won't be back tomorrow or any other day. She dried her tears and went to Solace and had a great experience so BYE FELICIA! After I looked on their FB page and also on here now I see it pays to read the reviews, but I told her that creep actually did her a huge favor! Who needs to start their vacation with "a crusty toe fungus" lol!?! Sounds like your man is nasty inside and out!!
