We came in on a rainy day for two pedicures. We called ahead and made an appointment, another person stopped by and they were told to return an hour later. There were only two nail technicians which is understandable considering it's a federal holiday and rainy day. We chose our colors and opted for gel pedicures though it was more pricey. The nail technicians were quiet and friendly. They both took their time and left us satisfied with our pedicures. I noticed the nail chairs' leather was peeling and when I clicked on the massage chair remote it didn't work. Despite that, it was a satisfactory experience.
Charged $20 to take off my acrylics and it took them 45 minutes. There is still acrylic residue on my nails. Do not go to this place, there are terrible!

Run far away from this place. If I told ya what happened during our time here, you probably wouldn't believe me. First off, the place is dirty. Picture frames have spider webs with dead spiders, the floor and even their desks are not sanitary. My daughters nail tech got up and left, without saying a word. A few mins later, a woman who appeared to be the owner came in to replace him. Twenty mins later, my nail tech, stood up, walked out the building without saying a word. About ten mins goes by and I tell my daughter how bad of customer service they have. Not to mention, they don't play any music. It's either dead silent but mostly the techs speaking to each other in their language. My nail tech comes back after ten mins with lotto tickets, cash, basil, and bean sprouts in her hand. She then proceeds to hand out lotto tickets to her coworkers. Not once did she excuse herself or apologize. Her license is expired. Her license number is 265260(I'm going off memory). Expired in February. Then there's the pricing and horrible quality of both our nails. We were there for 3 1/2 hours. Please do yourself a favor and do not come here. Horrible customer service, dirty salon, and they overcharge. If I could give zero stars, I would.
