I got my hair cut here and it was a good experience. While my mom was here on a previous visiting she took a haircut from an upscale salon, and she came home with the worst haircut she has ever had. This trip I told her to try Family Hair Cut, and they cut and styled her in her usual way. She was happy. Excellent service and quality.
Got a haircut today (May 8th around 3:30-4:00pm), and it was a terrible experience. I asked for a small trim, but the stylist ended up taking off about 3 inches of my hair. Not only that, but the haircut wasn't even symmetrical. one side was noticeable longer than the other. Im really disappointed with the final result, and it is safe to say that I will not be returning to that salon anytime soon. it's kinda sad to pay for such a service and end up with such a bad outcome. I told her what I wanted and I made it clear, however she didn't followed any of the instructions

Cut and color done with friendly family service, welcoming and the results turned out well. Even got recommendations for how to care for my type of hair. I was even able to come get my nails done next door in between the waiting period for the coloring of my hair. It was worth it and I've found my go-to hair salon.
