My first time here, Vivian was my hairstylist. I made my appointment to get highlights. Vivian was such a sloppy and aggressive hairstylists with me. The result showed exactly that, I was so unhappy and embarrassed with the job she had done that I decided to go back the next day. My hair turned out nothing like my inspiration picture. My highlights were orange gold and i wanted blonde highlights. When I went back the next day to show her how ugly her job was..she was defensive racing her voice snatching my phone from my hand and the other Asian guy in the register was like no we don't give any refunds because she spent 4 hours on your hair which was false it was 2 15 min. I said ok half refund because I needed to go get this issue fixed with another more professional hair salon. They refused, all they could offer is toner on my hair. She was so unprofessional rude and disgusting person. DDONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I AM SPREADING THE WORD DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.
I just went in and see Nom at Images salon in Vancouver Mall and he touched up my highlights for the summer. They look great. I've been going to Nom for around 12 years and I can't say enough good things about him. He always knows just what I need when it comes to coloring my hair! And I love my fresh highlights for the summer !

I walked in to Images Salon 15 ago just looking for a beautician, who can color fine, easily damaged hair because all the salons that I went to prior would fry my hair. Nam and all the friendly staff always make me feel welcome and they do a fantastic job on my hair. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
the dudes are the only good hair cutters there the girls suck ass I got so much acne popping out a day after and a very very itchy head even after washing my head I have reason to believe they used unclean clippers and tools highly don't recommend
