I am always so hesitant to go to a new salon because I have very tricky hair to cut! My hair is naturally very thick and curly, and I was absolutely blown away by the amazing cut I received from Tracie! Not only did she spend time consulting with me before we began the cut, but she took the time to discuss what would look best with my hair to get the results I was looking for. I also brought lots of pictures with me to show her what I had in mind, and she took the time to go through all of the photos with me and chat about what I liked in each of the photos! We also talked about the products I like to use and how I typically style my hair just so she knew what type of cut would work best with my day to day routine. She used awesome products on my hair, gave me a very comfortable, relaxing shampoo/condition, and then we got to the cut. Again, I was SO nervous because I had never been to this salon before, but Tracie knew what she was doing! She took her time with my hair, was so much fun to chat with throughout the cut, and I felt confident throughout the entire experience! She checked in with me to get a good idea of length so as not to cut it too short, and I could tell she was really familiar with cutting curly hair, which was such a relief and made me so excited! I knew I could place my trust in her, which is not easy for me to do! At the end of the cut, she asked if she could straighten it to style it, allowing her to get a better look at all of the layers and ensure they were even throughout. I absolutely loved the end result! I got so many compliments on my hair, and was just blown away by this awesome experience! Tracie nailed it - my layers looked amazing, my hair grew out so evenly and beautifully, and I am just SO happy to have found a new stylist I know I can trust with my very thick, curly hair! The salon itself is so nice, and I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I loved the look and layout of the salon, and this definitely added to my awesome experience. The location is also very convenient - right off the freeway and with a nice free parking lot right there. Overall, I am so excited to have found a new salon and an amazing stylist I can trust to do an amazing job with my hair! Thank you so much for an amazing experience, Tracie, and I can't wait to come back again!

I thought the name was cute and it was close to home, so I decided to call and make an appointment to get my long hair chopped short. I read the reviews first and was nervous about the "rude receptionist" but i figured i wouldnt know until i tried. So i called..... the receptionist answered the phone and sounded as though my call was a great bother to her. When i inquired about cost, she couldnt tell me a firm price, but gave me a price range for "most" of the stylists.... she still seemed utterly perterbed to have to answer a potential clients questions over the phone. When i asked to make an appointment, she said, " ugh, hold on so i can see whos available". When she put me on hold i hung up. I went somewhere else and am very happy. My daughters both cut their hair after seeing mine. Hairy Karis missed out on three new clients because of the lack of professionalism and customer service skills that their receptionist displayed. I mean, if the receptionist cant be bothered to answer simple questions, how will the "stylist" treat the client?

Kari is the best! She takes the time to listen to everything you ask and executes it perfectly! Her entire staff is friendly and amazing! I get complements all the time about the amazing job she has done! I recommend her to everyone!
